The Customer Service Initiative (CSI) was developed in an effort to enhance customer satisfaction at all levels. Horizon recognized the importance of enhancing relationships internally and externally; therefore, interdepartmental processes are targeted in an effort to streamline employee performance and function.
Horizon values all staff by encouraging active participation in discussion forums designed to open lines of communication from the front-line staff to the CEO. CSI is here to ensure Horizon's mission is embraced and communicated. Customer Service Advocates serve the agency by working closely with staff and participants alike in order promote speedy resolution regarding various issues that may arise.
