Horizon Human Services has made great strides in developing an employment program that incorporates both employment
and case management services. It is only when we address each participants needs entirely that we are successful in
our endeavors to employ those suffering from a serious mental illness. After years of employment success, Horizon
Human Services can be particularly helpful by assisting participants to advance towards individualized goals,
understanding specifically how features of a mental illness affect job choices and performance, helping make the best
choices each step of the way, offering transitional and supported work opportunities, preparing for possible setbacks,
and providing assistance to ensure income stability and continued health insurance.
